Noire Waters is a Black-owned global recreational boating and apparel company founded in 2021 and headquartered in Washington, D.C. Established by three friends from Atlanta—a pharmacist, a higher education professional, and an IT accountant—the brand was created to foster meaningful connections and celebrate culture through curated experiences on the water.
